Nature of the Bonds

From time to time, Abscan issues corporate bonds offering interesting fiscal advantages. Their reimbursement, in capital and interest, is 100% guaranteed by the Native Commercial Credit Corporation (NACCC).

Denomination

The bonds are issued in the denomination of $1,000 each.

Term

Bonds are generally issued for a term of five (5) years.

Interest Rate

Abscan offers very competitive rates comparable to the going market.

Redemption

Bonds are redeemable with a penalty deducted from paid-out capital.

Assignment

Bonds are assignable anytime, subject to certain formalities.

Payment of Interest

Interest is payable yearly on the anniversary of the bond issue.

Issue Date

The issue date is generally December 1st each year, but may vary according to prevailing market needs.

Issue Amount

Issue amounts are determined by supply and demand.

Currency

Bonds are in Canadian dollars.
